Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using the Soukbot marketplace and its WhatsApp messaging features, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. The service
Soukbot is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace that lets sellers manage their store, orders, and customer communication, including messaging customers over WhatsApp and managing WhatsApp message templates.
3. WhatsApp usage
- Sellers must use WhatsApp messaging in compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's policies.
- Sellers must only message customers who have initiated contact or otherwise opted in, and must honor opt-out requests.
- Sellers are responsible for the content of their messages and templates.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or spam activity, or in any way that violates third-party platform policies (including Meta and Twilio).
5. Billing
Messaging may be billed per message or per template according to the pricing shown in your Soukbot account.
6. Data
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
